A few things new patients often ask. Can't find yours? Send us a message above.

We're glad to welcome new patients. Book online or give us a call, and bring your Alberta Health card and a piece of photo ID to your first visit. From there, Dr. Bhanwath and the team will take good care of the rest.

Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, and we'll see you as soon as we can. That said, booking ahead usually means less waiting — so if you're able to plan it, we'd recommend it.

You can book online anytime, or call us during clinic hours — Mon–Thu 9:30am–4pm and Fri 9:30am–2pm. Pick a time that suits you and you'll get a confirmation.

Most family-medicine visits are fully covered by AHCIP with a valid Alberta Health card. A few services — like travel vaccines, cosmetic treatments, and certain notes or forms — aren't covered, and we'll always tell you the cost first. You can see our full price list anytime.

Yes. For most refills we'll book a short appointment so a physician can review your medication safely. Reach out and we'll arrange the quickest option for you.

Your Alberta Health card and photo ID, a list of any medications you take, and any relevant history or recent test results. If you're switching clinics, we can help request your records.
